Oh, this is rich. First of all, this guy’s running as a Republican in a city dominated by Democrats; second, he acknowledges having left the city in the ’70s due to "white flight" while trying to get votes in a city that is now 51% nonwhite. As those Guinness ads put it, brilliant!
